This colorful tableau of the El train making its way through West Philadelphia is the third collaboration of the Philadelphia Department of Recreation's Mural Arts Program and UCD. The mural was created by Max Mason with the assistance of Brian Senft and was inspired by the artist's 10-year residence in the neighborhood. The work was sponsored by GMAC Mortgage Corporation, The Enterprise Center, and UCD.
